“Rewire Your Brain For Love” is a caring guide that is completely intriguing. Dr. Marsha Lucas has an open loving heart and she is able to teach you how to meditate with a sense of compassion. She explains how our brains function and thoughtfully provides a diagram of the brain so you completely understand what she is talking about.
This book covers many topics like emotional resilience and how you can calm the amygdala. However it clearly focuses on using meditation to rewire the brain. The simple exercises in this book will get you meditating fast. The case studies Dr. Marsha Lucas reveals are also intriguing. I had many moments of enlightenment as I read about other people’s lives and could instantly relate.
What if you could have a second chance to make all your relationships better?
